Heart started rigid-flex PCB business since 2015, andhaveimports a lot different kind of equipment to satisfy customer’s requirement. A multilayer printed writing circuit board contains three or more copper conductive layers, and usually with plated through holes.

Since 2016, Heart Electronics improved its manufacturing facilities by adding High Density Interconnect(HDI) PCB manufacturing to our comprehensive capabilities in PCB Fabrication and PCB Assembly. We are happy to offer Complete PCB Assembly services for HDI PCB projects.

Heartisvery professional flex PCB supplier， youknow，when fabricating flex PCBs, it is important to consider exactly how flexible the PCB needs to be. If it is either too rigid or too flexible, the PCB can break when it is manipulated.

Rigid PCB is very large parts of Heart‘sbusiness，In order to help our clients reduce product costs, we normally use locally manufactured raw laminates for our PCBs.
